Overview of the new land parcels in 2020
Project introduction
Fengyang County follows the urban planning and construction concept of "North Green Phoenix Mountain, South Li Ruyi River, Zhongxiu Zhongdu City, East Reconstruction of Shanty Towns, Ximei New City, and Building Yunji Street". The Ruyi River Water Environment Comprehensive Treatment Project is located in the city. It occupies an important position in the planning and construction. In 2020, Oasis Real Estate will continue to expand its cultivation and will successively acquire 4 high-quality plots around Ruyi River.
In 2020, there will be a total of 4 new land parcels, followed by Jiahuifang; Phoenix New Town Phase 1-Yuexiang Bay, Phoenix New Town Phase 2-Shanqing Fang (the 2 land parcels are connected from east to west, and they are planned to be collectively referred to as the Phoenix New Town project phased sales) ; Park City Project.
All projects revolve around the Ruyi River system and are located on Zhongdu Avenue, the central axis of the city. They belong to the core section of Ruyihe New City built by the county government. With Zhongdu Avenue as the central axis, Jiahuifang and Phoenix New Town Phases 1 and 2 are on Zhongdu Avenue. On the east side, Park City is on the west side of Zhongdu Avenue. The transportation around the project is convenient, close to the two main urban roads, Zhongdu Avenue and Qianmen Road.
